About SUMA

SUMA was born out of the necessity for stay-at-home moms to bridge the resume gap when they choose to re-enter the workforce.  

My name is Ally Myers and I am the CEO and Co-founder of Suma. As the president and founder of Moms on MissionS (MOMS.), I was inspired by the pool of talent among the community we serve at MOMS. These champion moms dedicate their lives to caring for their children as they persevere through serious illness, trauma, and special needs. Their drive is unmatched as they become strong advocates for their children. 

It's these women who inspired what we refer to as the "Unsung Workforce." Suma believes that all moms need a platform that spotlights their talents and matches them with a range of opportunities for flexible work. This is SUMA. 

As a wife and a mother of two beautiful children, I appreciate the uniqueness of motherhood that can make childcare a poor fit for a family. It's for these women we created Suma, a fast, easy, and fun application for moms to connect with employers. Despite their daily demands, these moms can now plan their work around the family's requirements, while employers benefit from a dependable and talented workforce. All at the click of a button!
